My mother wrote this song for everyone she loved in her life, God, and me. As her cancer got worse, she could no longer sing or play the piano well enough to record this song. I enlisted the help of Cristina Soto for vocals and some lyrical workshopping and we recorded with Omar Vallejo of 512 Studios in Austin, TX.
This is my mother's swan song before her passing on 5/11/22 at 11:11 AM.
She was a teacher, activist, counselor, student, friend, sister, daughter, poet, singer, and the world's greatest mother.
I will love you forever.
Rest in Peace Deborah Jean Harding.
